Housing Ministry confirmed its full readiness to cooperate with the developers to put the housing "problem"  on the solution rail , and overcoming the  "Blur" situation prevailing in the housing market, which harmed the developers  a lot (in their view), and led to  what looks like the crisis in the housing market.
As stated in a workshop held Thursday (4 / February / 2016) in Eastern Chamber entitled (expanding aspects of the partnership between the Ministry of Housing and real estate developers) that the ministry has started working in the business strategy relied on the analysis of the recent status  , and what the data  carries showing  the true image of housing in the country and, accordingly, the ministry is working on a strategy of partnership with real estate developers, to overcome the  recent status ,
Housing Minister consultant and supervisor of the partnership program with the private sector in the ministry, Dr. Bandar Al Abdulkarim said that the ministry through the study of the reality of the market  sees  that the defect is in the absence of an official body representing the estate, but this problem has become in the way of the solution under  the existence  of the Ministry of Housing and releasing a staff  to regulate the real estate market
He said that the ministry in its current strategy and despite its study of the reality of the market, is looking to the visions of the developers, so the information is more credible, to support the real estate sector, and pushing it forward to solve the housing problem .. stressing in this regard that the ministry is seeking to make it easier for real estate  owners and rely on them and support them and thus achieve the advancement of the sector real estate housing.
He pointed to a number of motivations to invest in property, perhaps the most notable that we need to provide 1.5 million residential product over the next five years, and that the ministry has  nearly 500 million square meters  of land to serve this purpose, and is looking to real estate developers  to develop it for  various residential products, The ministry does not want to adopt, but supports the private real estate sector to do the job, so  it is working for the work of the system serving everyone, lead to facilitate investment and raising the efficiency of the market and increasing  the variety of residential products.
He pointed   that the ministry   in the framework of this strategy is working to motivate and support the means of innovation in construction, and encourages the participation and contribution with the private sector to provide housing to all government agencies that have a need for residential projects such as education and large corporations.. stressing that the ministry is looking towards new building means   , among its most important conditions for the private sector are the quality and achievement, and as a consequent (ie ministry)  supporting the developer in the delivery of services required for the land  and providing funding, technical consulting, and assisting him in the marketing process, and communicating  with the  monetary agency   to make it easier for beneficiaries to obtain the necessary funding.
Abdul Karim noted to the support of the highness Royalty to the ministry, saying that all ministry requests been approved y the highness royalty, so we are going to launch a service center for developers that allows the developer within 60 days to get all his license requirements to immediately operate his project from the relevant government agencies besides that the ministry is entrusted to be in charge of the map sales system.
He stressed that the ministry is keen on the real estate market balance
For his part, counselor and supervisorangel Union in the Ministry of Housing Mohammed Al Moamaar said that a number of files like an owners Council and the counting of the housing units have been moved to the Ministry of Housing,  the  ministry at the present time  has got a 16 Councils  owners,
He said that the Ministry is currently in the process of preparing data about the housing that allows the real estate developer to obtain all the information that  he looks for and wants , and that all  division operations will take place automatically, actually we can say that all the ministry's activities on its way to be completely automated in the future.
And the workshop has witnessed many interventions, all in the search for specific statements for cooperation and coordination between the two parties to provide the local market need of residential products.
